Refunds are not an option (sorry!!). Instore credit or exchange is how we roll.
Our policy lasts 20 days from date of purchase. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an in-store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returned items require a Return Authorization (RA) number that must be clearly printed on the outside of the shipping vessel.

We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for the following returned items:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 15 days AFTER DELIVERY
Any SALE (discounted) item that is returned
Only regular priced items are eligible for return. Sale (discounted) items are FINAL SALE.
If you wish to exchange an item, send us an email at email@example.com to request a Return Authorization number. Once you receive an RA# send your item to : Darkside Snow Skate Life, 517 9 Ave N, PO Box 569, Golden BC V0A1H0, Canada. You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for item exchanges.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Darkside Snow Skate Life, 517 9 Ave N, PO Box 569, Golden BC V0A1H0, Canada with the Return Authorization number clearly printed on the outside of the package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
